Short version: everything on this site is general information about how we build. The terms of an actual job live in the building contract, not here.
These terms apply to your use of karrico.com.au, operated by Karri & Co Building Pty Ltd (ABN 12 345 678 901). Using the site means you accept them.
What this site is
General information about the kind of work we do, how a build runs, and roughly what things cost. It is written to help you work out whether to ring us. It is not building advice for your specific house, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance.
Prices and timeframes
Any figure or duration shown here is indicative. Real numbers come after a site visit and a concept stage, and they are set in a written fixed-price contract. Nothing on this website changes, adds to or overrides a signed contract.
Projects and testimonials
Project pages describe work as it was built, including the constraints particular to that house. Another house on another block will behave differently. Testimonials are the opinion of the person who gave them and are not a guarantee of the same outcome.
Drawings and images
The drawings on this site are illustrations produced for it. They are representative of the work described, not measured drawings of a specific dwelling, and must not be relied on for construction.

The text, drawings, layout and code of this site belong to Karri & Co Building Pty Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may read it, print it and share links to it. You may not republish it as your own.
Links out
Where we link to another organisation — a regulator, a supplier, a trade body — we do not control that site and are not responsible for what it says.
Availability
We try to keep the site up and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove content at any time.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on general information published here. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
